17 Day Diet - Day Two

     Day Two faired much like day one.  


     I am just waaaaiting for my body to adjust to the whole no carbs and sugar situation.

     It is becoming very frustrating.

     I can't say I felt much more energised, although I got next to no sleep Sunday and Monday, so hopefully more sleep will help. 

     I enjoyed my meals and again I ate until stuffed, couldb't fit another bit and I was eating incredibly slowly.

     But yet again about 30mins to an hour later I was extremely hungry again.

     That's what I find weird because my hungry doesn't grow into starving like hunger like it used too.

     Where I would eat and then slowly after a few hours feel mmm I could have a snack now and maybe eat a meal another hour away.

     Now it's like I eat till full then 30 mins later BAM I have extremely painful hunger pains. 

     I don't know what it is!!! 

Breakfast: 

185g Tuna in Spring Water
1 Large Tomato
1 Apple
100ml Probiotic Drink
1 Green Tea
1 Hot Lemon Water
750ml Water


   You're thinking, I was thinking, this is a huge breakfast, I'm covering so many bases, I can't be hungry an hour later! But I was so that's why I drank all the water.


Lunch:


1 Large Bowl of Spinach and Salad Leaves
100g Smoked Salmon
1 Tomato
1/4 Cucumber
1 Egg
1 TBS Oil
1 TBS Balsamic Vineagar


    I actually had to eat this in halves about an hour apart because it was so big and filling.


    But as you see, I ate till full then had to eat again an hour later because I was hungry. 


Snack:


1 Orange

     I ended up having an orange about 2pm because I was so hungry and all the water (another 750ml and a green tea) wasn't helping. 


     I looked up on the net if other people also were starving after meals on this diet too, it seems a lot of people experience it and said it dies down after about 3 days. If I'm still starving tomorrow... not happy with my body! It's going through a sugar and carb crash!!!



     I'm worried that this is going to prevent me from losing weight and the diet working because I'm hungry all the time my body will start holding onto fat instead. 



     I guess we will see in 17 days, I will take more snacks like celery to munch on tomorrow I think. It has no calories but I think maybe just the motion of eating will make my body think its full.



Dinner:


1 Chicken Breast (Stirfry)
1 Carrot
1/2 Capsicum
1 Stalk Celery
2 TBS Chilli Sauce


     Wow this meal had me so full, I couldn't finish it, it took me an hour to eat because it was soooo filling, so much protein.


     Hate to disappoint you but an hour later, I was hungry.

Snack:


1 Probiotic Yoghurt


     Thank goodness it was bed time anyway, so I could have my yoghurt then go to sleep without being hungry.
