17 Day Diet - Day Four

Hola everybooody!!

So I have a cold, some sort of throat and sinus infection. NOT cool!

Sorta up side, I always lose my appetitite when sick, so maybe I won't be so hungry..

Breakfast:

4 Egg Whites
1TSP Onion Chutney
1 Lemon Water
200ml Probiotic Drink
1 Green Tea


    I wasn't so hungry after today, gooood. But because I'm sick I was downing the water like no tomorrow anyway. So had 750ml here.


Lunch:


1 Large Bowl Sald Greens (mesclun and spinach)
1 Fillet of Salmon
1 Tomato
1/4 Cucumber
3 Mushrooms
1 Green tea
750ml water


     All the fruit had disappeared at work, so I didn't have fruit today :(
     Today I sorta felt perfect, like I wasn't starving but I ate all my food in one sitting. Which is a big difference to the 2 or so hours of the last few days. 




Dinner:


1/2 Chicken (SERIOUSLY!)
Side bowl sized Coleslaw




     I don't know I wasn't feeling like anything fancy, and this is as good as it gets to stodge on this diet for when I'm feeling sick. I didn't even give myself a treat!! Woo!!




Dessert:


1 Probiotic Yoghurt - They are so good!


     Please all pray for me to get better soon! It's labour weekend and Ruby World Cup Finals, I don't want to be out for it!!!
